Childhood is fleeting...



 This photo was taken nearly four years ago.  It's our girls hiking on my parent's place.  Our shadows are behind them.  My heart hurts a bit when I see this photo - makes me want them little again...sometimes...

Very sweet... I can imagine they've changed a lot in 4 yrs. I'm having a hard time w/ my oldest being 5 already and my youngest almost walking- no more little baby! :(

Oh My! ~ I think that I will be having these same thoughts in a few years...

I told Willow the other day- that I wish that I could freeze her in place... she was not happy about my "plan" and said that she wouldn't be able to go swimming then... oh well!! :P

I agree. All too quickly. Thank God for photographs and memories. :) That's a very sweet photo. You should re-create one in the same place with them now that they are bigger. put them together somewhere you can see them side by side to remind you to watch! :)
